2010 - Three Mississippi funeral homes purchased from SCI

South Mississippi Funeral Service, LLC recently purchased three funeral homes from Service Corporation International. The firms located in Vicksburg, McComb and Ellisville, Mississippi serve an approximate 250 families each year in south Mississippi.
SCI sold the firms because they no longer fit their operating strategy in the region.
South Mississippi Funeral Service, the new owner of the businesses, is a Mississippi owned funeral service company that is known throughout the region for providing the highest quality funeral services with only local employees and management.
NewBridge Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
