NewBridge Group represented two funeral home groups located in central Michigan that joined the Keystone Group in July, 2009.   

The businesses, which combined to serve more than 450 families annually, hired NewBridge to explore what their opportunities would be in a joint sale.   NewBridge analyzed the market, the businesses, and the potential buyers of the businesses.   After preparing a full marketing prospectus, multiple possible buyers were contacted and negotiations were held with the interested parties.    Ultimately, the owners decided that their best fit would be with the Keystone Group.    Keystone owns and operates approximately 200 funeral homes in North America.
