Moultrie, GA - Service Corporation International sold another one of their rural Georgia funeral homes recently.   Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home was purchased by the owner of one of the other area funeral homes.    

 NewBridge Group worked with SCI for almost a year getting state approval and completing the due diligence.   The buyer ultimately was able to close relatively quickly once the state authorization for change of ownership was completed.
