ATLANTA, GEORGIA - On May 20, 2004 NewBridge Group represented buyers in the purchase of four funeral homes from Service Corporation International.  Vineyard Financing, a new acquisition financier to the industry, participated in financing the purchases.  Because of an "all or none" mandate by SCI, the closing occured simultaneously with Vineyard as the buyer. The locations were then distributed to the final location owners.
