WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA - Bucktrout Funeral Home was purchased from Service Corporation this week in a partnership between Greg Arnold, the funeral home's longtime manager and CW Stoots, a respected funeral industry professional.    The Bucktrout Funeral Home was founded in 1784 and is recognized as being the oldest funeral establishment in the United States.

Bucktrout Funeral Home is located just outside the Colonial Williamsburg area and services close to 200 families annually.    Plans are being made to renovate the building and to improve the level of service provided to families.
