Ahoskie, NC - St. Pauls, NC - CW Stoots, a regional funeral home operator, purchased two North Carolina funeral homes today.  Garrett Funeral Home, located in Ahoskie, North Carolina and Mc Neill Funeral Home, located in St. Pauls, North Carolina, were both purchased from SCI, who had acquired the locations earlier in the year from the Alderwoods Group.    Mr. Stoots, with the assitance of the NewBridge Group, purchased the businesses with a plan of turning the businesses back into locally owned and operated funeral homes.     Vineyard Financing participated in the financing of the purchase.
