Funeral home brokers NewBridge Group.

NEWTON, MISSISSIPPI - The O.C. Barhum Funeral Home was purchased this week from Service Corporation.    SCI had acquired the funeral home from the Alderwoods Group and the business did not fit the company's operating strategy.  

NewBridge Group, a Death Care business appraiser and valuation consultant, represented the buyer, Colonial Funeral Home, a regional operator of funeral homes in southern Mississippi.
