Atlanta, GA - Greg Rollings, former president of Meridian Mortuary Group, Inc, announced today that he has purchased 10 funeral home locations from Keystone Group, the current owner of Meridian Mortuary Group.  

Greg Rollings, was the president of Meridian Mortuary Group from 1999 - 2001, and oversaw most of the company's growth during that time.   In 2002, Rollings left Meridian to begin Rollings Funeral Service.   Rollings Funeral Service is currently the largest private owner of funeral homes in the Southeast United States with more than 25 locations. 

Rollings will continue to own and operate four of the purchased businesses:

 - Eberhart Funeral Home, Dallas, GA

 - Freeman Harris Funeral Home, Rockmart, GA

 - DeLoach Funeral Homes, Waynesboro & Hephzebah, GA.

The remaining six locations were allocated out and repurchased by other parties.   NewBridge Group advised Rollings in the purchase.   Vineyard Financing - www.vineyardfinancing.com provided funds for the purchase.
