Virginia Funeral Home sells

Manassas, VA – Covenant Funeral Services purchased Lee Funeral Chapel earlier this week.

Covenant Funeral Service is owned by J. David Mullins, and owns also owns funeral homes in Fredericksburg, Stafford and two in Louisa County, Virginia.

NewBridge Group represented Scott Found, the former owner of Lee Chapel, in the transaction. NewBridge assists owners of funeral homes in their exploration of sale opportunities, assisting with analysis, valuation, structuring, fiancing and completion of legal documentation.
